This month the Founders Forum breakfast will provide insight into our the future with digital currencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum, and the new wave of Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
It was hard to imagine the impact of the iPhone when it was first released. Cryptocurrencies will likely effect our future profoundly in a similar manner. Bitcoin is now capitalised at over $US80 Billion with new currencies being created every day.
Laszlo Peter is director of KPMG’s Technology Advisory practice based in Sydney and will be sharing his experiences to date with cryptocurrencies.
He has implemented several distributed ledger use cases and PoCs applied to financial services ranging from equity crowd funding, dematerialized asset trading, value exchanges and unitized managed funds. He possesses deep expertise in using digital currencies, smart contracts and algorithms.
