The facilitators

Dr Tim Rayner runs design sprints with Hello Again and teaches ‘Leadership, Teams & Scalability’ in the MBAe at UTS Business School. He is the author of ‘Hacker Culture and the New Rules of Innovation’ (2018) and the award-winning short film ‘Coalition of the Willing’ (2010).

Diego Trigo is the founder and CEO of Hello Again. He has 10 years experience working as Managing Partner, CTO, start-up founder, technical director and developer/builder in Melbourne and Sydney. Expert in the convergence of marketing, media, data, commerce, CMS and CRM related technology, Diego brings a wealth of knowledge in building and prototyping digital solutions. Diego’s current focus is on creating new businesses in uncharted territories, advising on technology strategy, ideation and roadmaps for start-ups.
