Following a spectacular Brunch event in July, we’re heading back to the same plush Level 4 Event Space for an equally engaging and encouraging session this September.
We’re continuing a format based around one founder’s inspirational story, and a mini-workshop delivered by the same speaker. That way, attendees are having fun, building relationships, and yet also walking away with a practical outcome to add value to their professional lives.
Our guest presenter for the September Brunch event is none other than Holly Spillane!
Holly is a business consultant and sales strategist who helps business owners understand why people buy, why they don’t, and what helps interested buyers become paying clients. With over 15 years’ experience across journalism, media, digital marketing and business, Holly has built and grown her own businesses, led marketing teams, and worked with business owners across a wide range of industries. Drawing on buyer behaviour and sales psychology, she helps business owners identify what’s slowing or stopping buyers from saying yes, so they can create a smoother path to more sales.
After sharing her story of venturing within the entrepreneurial landscape, Holly will guide us through a sales-enhancing mini workshop.
In this interactive workshop, Holly will introduce Buyer Journey Mapping and explore the psychology behind buying decisions. You’ll discover a fresh perspective on why buyers move towards a sale, why they sometimes stop, and how small shifts can make a big difference to the customer experience and your sales.
