Griffith University Industry Projects Briefing Session

20210211

Developing a technology solution? Industry projects are a great opportunity for businesses to work with students on a development project.

Industry projects pair small teams of masters and final year ICT and Multimedia students with an industry partner to develop a solution to a technology problem, for two days per week over one or two trimesters (depending on availability). Students are responsible for defining your problem, specifying your requirements, designing a solution for the problem, and developing and testing that solution. Students must manage their team, themselves, the professional relationship with you as the client, and timelines to ensure they deliver a complete solution.

Top projects each year are eligible for the Opmantek Prize and showcased at an annual awards night sponsored by the Gold Coast Innovation Hub.

This briefing and project scoping session is open to all Gold Coast Innovation Hub membership levels – please indicate your intention to attend in the member slack channel. If you are not yet a member, you can apply to join here.
