By the end of the session, you will have a practical, step-by-step process for how to think about behaviour in a way that makes sense to you. You don’t need to be a psychologist. This session is for anyone interested inchanging behaviour (their own or others), influencing change or learning just a little bit more about why we do what we do. You don’t need to be extroverted, or a high level academic to use these processes to bring aboutchange.
In this session, we will cover three key elements:
Dr Amanda McCullough was the 2017 Bupa Health Foundation Emerging Researcher of the Year. She has an unwavering curiosity about why we do what we do and how to change it. She works with clients in the healthcare and higher education sectors to support them to solve complex cultural issues. She brings together 10 years of experience in behaviour change research across Australia and the UK, with her qualifications in coaching and Higher Education teaching to support others to reach their potential.
