About level Up:
The program ” Level Up” is designed to act as a bridge between the startup weekend experience and making the leap of “firing your boss” and jumping into the deep end of the entrepreneurial pool.
The program follows the principles of Lean Startup (learn, test, validate), design thinking and uses the business model canvas as a planning mthod to provide the basic building blocks, framework, and knowledge for those who have wanted to start a business for a long time take the first step confidently and test the waters of the start-up world.
By the end of the starter program, participants will have a definite pathway forward allowing initial traction on their startup (be it revenue or customers).
If they already have an existing business, Level Up will provide them with the opportunity to re-tweak their business, create new products or services they can test and validate. It will also encourage them to think bigger; scale and create repeatable revenue streams that ideally don’t solely rely on them.
Each week attendees will learn from experienced mentors and guest speakers as well as be able to access additional online support and resources and join an accountability group.
